Friday Five...

1. What is your favorite type of literature to read (magazine, newspaper, novels, nonfiction, poetry, etc.)?
Magazines and novels

2. What is your favorite novel?
Different Seasons by Stephen King

3. Do you have a favorite poem? (Share it!)
None. Not really into poems. Though I like the one from the movie 10 Things I Hate About You, it's free style poetry.

I hate the way you talk to me,
and the way you cut your hair;
I hate the way you drive my car,
I hate it when you stare.

I hate your big dumb combat boots,
And the way you read my mind.
I hate you so much it makes me sick;
It even makes me rhyme.

I hate the way you're always right,
I hate it when you lie,
I hate it when you make me laugh;
Even worse when you make me cry.

I hate it that you're not around,
And the fact that you didn't call.
But mostly I hate the way I don't hate you;
Not even close, not even a little bit, not even at all.

4. What is one thing you've always wanted to read, or wish you had more time to read?
Catcher In The Rye. I have to have a copy of this sooner than soon.

5. What are you currently reading?
Our Daily Bread.

No work today. Will probably just stay home. Might sleep all day. I need to buy clearbooks. I have to organize my TV ads, Milk Ads, FRIENDS clippings, Hummina List Clippings. I have to read 2 FLIP magazines. I have to read the LOTR trilogy. I wanna buy CDs [Norah Jones, John Mayer's Live Album, Jason Mraz]. I need a new phone.

I'm just amusing myself. Oh well. My father needs to have a heart bypass.

27...

Yes, I turned 27 last Sunday. Man. I have been alive for 27 years. So many things to be thankful for. I am grateful that I've reach this age and I may not be successful but I'm really blessed with the people around me. Yeah. I am one blessed person. I haven't been seriously sick. As well as my family. Well, except for my father who's had two heart attack in the last 3 years. But other than that we are blessed with our good health. Thank the man up above. I am so thankful. Godbless.

Meet Ari Hest...

Check this guy out...

I love this song...

feet wet (matt. 14:22)
(t. mccloud)

standing at the water's edge, i feel a trembling fear
as the waves crash 'round my ankles feel the thunder in my ear
i see the change is coming, the wind is at my back
but doubt overtakes me and my eyes turn to black
my past lurks behind me, keeping me on guard
i don't want to chance it, these steps are just too hard
i know He's behind me but what can i do
i'm frail, i'm human, and i don't want to fail you
{ i can't walk on water with these dirty feet
but He can walk on water and He'll carry me}
so put your arms around me carry me to sea
waves knock against me but i know I'm free
from death and loneliness, darkness, despair
this life is choppy but i don't care
{chorus again}

How Can You Really Tell...

After watching Catch Me If You Can last night, it made me think...How can you REALLY tell if a person is telling you the truth???...

Saturday night, I got a surprise news from someone that a particular person I met wasn't so honest with me for quite sometime now. I asked myself, should I believe this other person who told me about it? Maybe the person is not being truthful as well??? It's so hard and kinda confusing as to whom I will believe. Though I'm sure if the person looks like Mark Wahlberg...I wouldn't have much of a hard time believing. Oh well...people who doesn't tell the truth will face karma in the long run. May God Bless Them.
