I LoVe [to watch] this game...
Venus lost to Karolina Shrem, that match was intense, one point error during the 2nd set tie break...hmmm...nobody noticed it? Well, the commentators did but still the match went on. Paradorn, Safin and Dokic were first round beauties. The 2nd round match between JC Ferrero and Stefan Koubek was a battle of the grunters. [teehee] JC won but sadly he lost his 3rd round match to Robby Ginepri in straight sets. Mark Philippoussis is still standing. I missed his two previous matches, come on Star Sports give Marky more air time. [hehehe] Goran Ivanisevic lost to Hewitt. I will miss Goran play. Such a character though I don't like the fact that he spits on the court. Ewww. Pretty boys JM Gambill, Tommy Haas and Mardy Fish lost their respective matches. James Blake didn't join this year, he must be injured. Roddick still has a chance to win, will he get it this year? Let's wait and see. Anastacia Myskina [French 2004 winner] lost her second round match. Same with Daniela Hantuchova, Navratilova [at 47, she still can play her game...] and Mary Pierce. Lindsay Davenport, JCapriati, Serena, Sugiyama, and Tanasugarn are still in the running. Who'll win this year? I want a new winner. My favorites are Philippoussis, Karolina Shrem, Andy Roddick but then again there's Federer and Serena to consider. Good luck to all of them. Check out the Wimbledon official site for more updates and highlights.
