Tic Toc...

It's 5:11am on my computer monitor. I haven't slept since waking up yesterday around 4pm. My body clock has changed since the Holidays. I'd sleep at 9am-ish and get up in the afternoon. Darn. Now, it's back to work. And I'm up and gonna get ready for work. Without any sleep. Good thing is, I don't go in an office, mostly field work. I work for my Uncle's Customs Brokerage Company, and we deal with importations. We deal with the Bureau of Customs.

Today is bound to be light, just have to go to the Customs Office in Manila and pay some storage fees for our client's imported cargoes. So, I'm hoping to get home before lunch and get some needed zzzzz. If I get sleepy that is. I hope I do get sleepy. I feel I'm gonna get sleepy on my way to and from work. Oh well, that's the consequence I have to pay for not having normal sleeping patterns. But see, I'm not alone. I know some people who are like me. And we are not alone. Hah. Good morning.
Yeeha...

Finally...I figured it out. Thanks to _walkonwater's journal for this. I really am quite shallow, something like a discovery of a code effect on my blog makes me really happeeeee. Church time in a bit. Godbless everybody.

I love my FRIENDS...

can you tell? I think, I have to reduce the size of the background image, so it's not gonna be over the limit of the bandwidth that is allowed on Ripway. I also found an icon, I'll Be There For You, yes, my FRIENDS have been there for me for 10 years now. Yay. I love them. I will surely miss them when the show is over. Darn. They've become my friends. They are my FRIENDS. Godbless my Friends. God bless us all.

Friday Five...

What one thing are you most looking forward to . . .
1. ...today?
Getting some money from Western Union sent by a friend.

2. ...over the next week?
Dinner with friends.

3. ...this year?
Falling in love [again, I have to admit, I miss the feeling...] or losing weight...

4. ...over the next five years?
Visit another country.

5. ...for the rest of your life?
Having peace of mind and with God by my side.

My First Day of 2004...

  • I slept around almost 10am-ish, got up at around 8pm-ish...hah! I was a greedy sleeper on the first day of the new year. It felt good though. Really good. I think, I'm gonna have a good 2004. I pray to God that we all have a good 2004.

  • 2003 : The year that was...a look back...
  • January : My dad had a heart attack first day of the year. Yeah. That was something to start the new year huh? Also, my uncle boss had a mild heart attack the following week.

  • February : Had my birthday. Met someone who I share the same birthday with. Met the Speakers. Saw Stephen Speaks in concert. Twice.

  • March : My dad had a triple-heart bypass operation. The wait was 10 hours or so, I can't exactly remember but it was very long. I can wait that long again but not with the same circumstances.

  • April : My dad got out of the hospital. Recovered quickly. He had his birthday. My cousin Nadine turned 4. It was a good month.

  • May - June : slow at work. Really slow. I finally got a passport.

  • July : Saw Duncan Sheik in concert. Twice. Yeah. Paolo Santos and Rockwell & Dain [of Stephen Speaks] were the front-acts.

  • August - September : work is still slow. Lost my phone to a robber. Not a pleasant experience. He had a knife. I believe in karma.

  • October : Attended my 10th year highschool reunion. It was a good night. My highschool crush didn't come. Oh well. Maybe next time. My DearB might be going back to his old habits. Darn.

  • November : Watched Mariah Carey and Mandy Moore in concert. Joined a Mandy Moore yahoogroup. I recommend her Coverage CD. Still slow at work. Finally, got myself a new mobile phone.

  • December : A former HS teacher of mine died of breast cancer. She was a very charming and approachable woman. Was able to buy presents for most of my loved ones. Kids first, then adults. I'm happy about that. I love the Holiday season, most people are nice to each other. Hehehe. It's the season for giving and sharing. Jesus Christ's birthday. Happy Birthday to him.

  • I had a pretty ok 2003, I wish that 2004 bring me good vibes. I wanna fall in love again. [hah!] I miss that feeling. It's been so long, it doesn't quite count anymore. All the best to 2004. Godbless.
